No profile verification or political endorsement
LeaderSetu is a software, hosting and citizen-engagement technology provider. Unless expressly stated, we do not independently verify a customer’s identity, designation, election status, political office, party membership, affiliation, achievements, promises, photographs, logos or other claims. Hosting a profile does not mean that LeaderSetu or its operator supports, certifies or endorses that person, party, organisation or viewpoint.
Customer responsibility
The customer or account holder controls the content published on their website and is responsible for its accuracy, legality, permissions and timely correction. Customers must have authority to use submitted names, marks, photographs, videos and personal information and must not impersonate another person or organisation.
Reports and corrections
If you believe a customer website contains impersonation, unlawful content, a privacy violation or unauthorised intellectual property, contact with the page address and supporting details. We may preserve records, request evidence, restrict content or suspend access while reviewing a report.
