Authority and accurate information

You must be at least 18 and authorised to create and manage the submitted profile. You must provide accurate account information and may not falsely claim political office, party affiliation, endorsement or identity.

Your content and acceptable use

You retain responsibility for customer content and grant the platform the limited permission needed to host, reproduce, resize and display it for the service. You must have rights to all names, logos, photographs, video and personal data submitted. You may not use the service for impersonation, deception, threats, harassment, defamation, privacy violations, intellectual-property infringement, unlawful campaigning, malware or other illegal activity.

Demos, subscriptions and suspension

A demo is temporary, limited and may expire automatically. Publishing and paid features require an active plan. Fees, taxes, renewal and refund terms shown at checkout apply to the selected plan. We may restrict or suspend a website for expiry, security risk, abuse, legal process or material breach, with notice where reasonably possible.

Service boundaries

LeaderSetu provides technology and does not promise election outcomes, audience reach, uninterrupted availability or independent verification of customer claims. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied guarantees beyond the written plan and liability is limited as stated in the final signed customer agreement.
